Daniel grew up around the New Braunfels and Seguin area and has spent more than a decade working around concrete foundations and structural repair. He still enjoys early mornings along the Guadalupe and keeps a small vegetable garden at home, which has made him unusually attentive to how quickly Central Texas ground conditions can change between dry spells and heavy rain.
Alicia coordinates site preparation, repair sequencing, and communication between the homeowner and crew. She is from the San Marcos area and spends many weekends helping with youth softball, which fits the organized, detail-minded style she brings to foundation projects.
Cody leads much of the hands-on pier, excavation, support, and leveling work. Raised near Canyon Lake, he is comfortable working on the sloped and rocky properties common around the Hill Country edge, and outside work he is usually fixing an old fishing boat or looking for a quiet place to cast a line.
We begin by listening to what the homeowner has noticed. A recurring wall crack, a sticking door, an exterior separation, or a low section of flooring can each provide part of the story. We compare those observations with the rest of the property so the repair discussion is based on a pattern rather than one isolated symptom.
When structural work is appropriate, we explain the support areas, access needs, leveling goals, and likely effect on the existing home before the crew gets into the main repair. Daniel remains involved in repair planning, Alicia keeps the field work organized, and Cody focuses on carrying out the support and adjustment work carefully.
